When training with me, you will have the opportunity to work out with Kettlebells, Dumbells, Barbells, Stepper, Medicine Balls, Bosu, Resistance bands, Smoveys, Skipping ropes, Stability balls and Mat exercises.
You may even feel the excitement and challenge of doing plyometric exercises or have an outdoor training session doing Intervals or circuits. You may sprint, cycle, run a distance, or have a go with boxing gloves.
As your fitness levels increase, I will encourage you to try new and more exciting, challenging, progressive exercises, that will show you just how strong you are, which will help give you the confidence to use your body in fun and imaginative ways!
