I am a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer, having competed in sport and daily exercise for over thirty years, a lot of my groundwork for this was made during the time I spent in The Royal Navy.
I have trained for and competed in Triathlons, Cycle Racing, 5k, 10k and up to Marathon distance running events.
I have since made a career change into fitness and exercise and you will be assured of a professional service from me, you will be expected to work hard and with my help and your Commitment, you will begin to see and feel the results.
I will provide the training programmes, which will be fun and varied in helping you stay motivated. You will also get dietary and nutritional advice. 
When training with me, you will have the opportunity to work out with Kettlebells, Dumbells, Barbells, Stepper, Medicine Balls, Bosu, Resistance bands, Smoveys, Skipping ropes, Stability balls and Mat exercises.
You may even feel the excitement and challenge of doing plyometric exercises or have an outdoor training session doing Intervals or circuits. You may sprint, cycle, run a distance, or have a go with boxing gloves.
As your fitness levels increase, I will encourage you to try new and more exciting, challenging, progressive exercises, that will show you just how strong you are, which will help give you the confidence to use your body in fun and imaginative ways!
